Standard Product(s) Delivery:

The delivery will be fulfilled on Sunday until Monday (24hours/anytime) automatically by the system. Customers usually receive the Product(s) within working days after accepting their payment confirmation email. Then, when a customer has completed all the payment processing procedures, they will receive a payment confirmation email together with a file attachment (in .zip format) to download.

Payment Processing Procedures:

1. You need to register yourself to get your account. If you already have an account, you can log in by submitting your email and password created (Note: remember your email and password).
2. You can browse all the Product(s) and collect your Product(s) by bookmarking them temporarily before deciding to checkout.
3. On the item page, you will be shown the applicable price and the checkout button when you purchase online. Or, you can add your selected item to the cart while still choosing other Product(s) you want to buy collectively.
4. After all the payment procedures have successfully completed, a purchase receipt will be delivered to the email address with the Product(s).

How to check the delivery status

When your order has delivered, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email, please contact us at hello@rrpicks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept refunds, returns, and exchanges regarding Product(s) delivery if the item is damaged or failed.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@rrpicks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
